Barkitecture Albany raises funds and awareness for local/regional dog rescue and welfare operations through the various talented Capital Region individuals or teams.
Each year we pick beneficiaries through a careful selection process and all proceeds go to those organizations. This year we have selected the Hudson Mohawk Humane Society and Steve Caporizzo's The Pet Connection.
We are 100% volunteer-run and have extremely low operational costs, meaning YOUR contributions go EXACTLY where they are needed most!
No pet left behind...if we build it, Rex or Fluffy will come!
At Barkitecture Albany, participating doghouse | cat condo builders compete for awards in categories of Best in Show and People’s Choice.
The BEST Part? You will be able to view the completed design builds for one (1) week prior to the event and have the opportunity to bid prior to the event through our auction link or live at the event.
